1944 - Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka, Manned flying bomb

The Ohka was a dedicated weapon for Kamikaze attacks. Modified bombers brought them within target range, 50mi/24000ft. Then the pilot began the rocket-driven attack. Because of the high speed an low maneuver- ability, targeted ships were hard to hit, so the Ohka attacks did cause onlay few damages.
