1949 - Antonov AN 2, Cropduster, Multi-Purpose Airliner

 

 

 

 

1957 - Antonov An 12 A, Heavy transport

 

 

 

 

1958 - Antonov An 14, Light Utility Aircraft

 

The An 14 is a workhorse, a transportation aircraft for military and civil use. The large cargo bay door makes it easy to get even large pieces of cargo into the aircraft.  

 

 

1965 - Antonov An 22 A Antei, heavy military transport

 

 

 

 

1965 - Antonov AN 26, medium transport

 

Designed as a military transport, the ramp door and the fuselage is big enough to house a big limousine or a small military truck. The An26 has got an auxi- liary jet engine in the starboard engine nacelle that enables it to take off with full load even on higher altitudes.  

 

 

Antonov AN 226 Mrija, Special Transport Aircraft

1976 - Antonov AN 32, Mid range commuter

 

Designed on the AN24 with more powerful engines to fit hotter and higher airfields.  

 

 

1977 - Antonov An 72, STOL Transport Aircraft

 

 

 

 

1980 - Antonov An 28, medium transport

 

 

 

 

1982 - Antonov An 124 Ruslan, Heavy Transport

 

 

 

 

1984 - Antonov AN 74, STOL Transport

 

 

 

 

1988 - Antonov An 225 Mrija, Special Transport

 

The An 225 was developed from the An 124. It's purpose is the transport of the russian re-entrant space vehicle (aka space shuttle)  

 

 

1994 - Antonov AN 38, Regional airliner, transport

 

The AN 38 is a development of the smaller An 28, designed as a mid-size multi-role transport aircraft. Since it is optionally fitted with western engines and avionics, it is targeted on the world market.  

 

 

1995 - Antonov An 70, Mid-range transport aircraft

 

 

 

 

1997 - Antonov An 140, Airliner
