You may access these information by index pages: Alphabetically by manufacturer, name, category and period. For each item, information about its history, specifications and photos are shown - if possible. Related exhibits are shown with their places linked and described.

A major part of the collection of data of The Virtual Aviation Museum is a directory to aviation museums in europe and some selected overseas. For every museum listed, overviews about aircraft and engines are enclosed, with descriptions and photos, if available. Please note that not in every case our information shown do reflect the actual state of the museum. Before planning a trip to a museum, it's a good idea to call them to make sure it's open and the exhibits you plan to see are actually available.

News & Dates

In this area you'll find airshow dates (limited to europe) and news from the air show and museum scene. We suggest to read some of the related magazines like, for example, the british "Aircraft Illustrated".
